Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 May 2026

1. Data controller

The site operisflow.com is operated by the OperisFlow team, in Portugal. The product is in early access and the legal entity has not yet been formally incorporated; when we move to active subscriptions, this policy will be updated with full identification of the responsible company. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights in the meantime, contact contact@operisflow.com.

2. Data we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect the data you voluntarily provide: name, email, company (optional) and message. Hosting servers (Cloudflare Pages) and email delivery servers (Resend) automatically log technical metadata such as IP address, User-Agent and timestamps, for a limited period, for security and abuse prevention.

3. How we use your data

Data submitted via the form is used exclusively to respond to your inquiry, share information about the OperisFlow product and maintain follow-up on your interest. We do not use the data for advertising nor share it with third parties for marketing.

4. Legal basis

Processing of data you voluntarily submit is based on your consent (GDPR, Article 6(1)(a)), expressed when submitting the form. You may withdraw consent at any time by requesting deletion of your data.

5. Sub-processors

To operate the site and form, we use the following service providers, all with applicable data protection contractual clauses. Cloudflare Inc. (USA), for site hosting, DNS and email forwarding. Resend Inc. (USA), for email delivery from the form. Google LLC (USA), for storage of the inbox receiving forwarded emails. Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. Retention period

Data submitted via the form is retained for 24 months from last contact, or until you explicitly request deletion. Technical metadata (IP, logs) is retained for shorter periods defined by sub-processors (typically 30 days on Cloudflare).

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, object to processing, request restriction of processing and portability. You can exercise any of these rights by emailing contact@operisflow.com with your identification. We respond within a maximum of 30 days.

8. Complaints to supervisory authority

If you believe processing of your data violates data protection law, you may file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Portugal: Comissão Nacional de Protecção de Dados (CNPD), www.cnpd.pt.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the site evolves or as the responsible legal entity is incorporated. The last updated date indicates the version in force. Material changes will be communicated by email to previously registered contacts.
